Wholesale Policies

Orders & Minimums

Orders can be placed by online at WoodsyFoxman.com. Please contact us to get a custom wholesale account on our site. We also accept via email at hello@woodsyfoxman.com, or via phone at 509-981-0610.

There is a $100 minimum order and $80 minimum re-order. 

A2 Greeting Cards:

• Wholesale price: $3.25 wholesale
• Minimum order quantity: 6.50 per SKU

8x10 Art Prints:

• Wholesale price: $13 wholesale
• Minimum order quantity: 4 per SKU

Payment

For payment, we accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Credit cards will be processed at the time of shipment.

Turnaround

Orders are processed in 2-5 business days. If you need your order expedited, please contact us with your time frame, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All orders are charged at the time of shipment. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground and charges are assessed by the weight of your order. All items ship from Spokane, Washington. We will notify you when your order ships.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if items arrive damaged and are reported within 7 days of delivery. Every measure is made to insure our products are packaged properly. Return requests must be submitted in writing. A replacement or exchange will be provided. Packages must be shipped back with a tracking number.

Display & Packaging

All Woodsy Foxman cards, prints, and gift tags are sealed in clear bags or boxes with their respective labels and must be sold as packaged. Boxed sets may not be split up and sold individually. If you are selling our products online, credit must be given to Woodsy Foxman in the product description.

Printing

Every product is produced by hand on century-old letterpress machines. It is because of this letterpress printing process, slight variation in ink coverage is to be expected. We like to embrace that unique quality.

Vendors

Many of our envelopes are sourced from Waste Not Paper. Their mills practice certified sustainable forestry. Being that the main source of our inspiration comes from the Northwest, it’s important that our creative endeavors are as environmentally responsible as possible.

Confidentiality

Buyer agrees to keep all wholesale pricing, terms and conditions confidential. This information should not be published or discussed with other parities by the buyer under any circumstance.
