When will my order ship?

Standard orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Expedited orders are sent same day as long the order is placed by 1pm PST.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of Montana. For all Montana orders, there is no sales tax.

Is my transaction secure?

Our shop is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL certificates in order to protect your privacy. Using your information only to contact you regarding your order, we will never share or sell your information.

Do you accept returns?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Where else can I find your products?

As a new company, we are in the beginning stages of expanding our reach. Please take a look at our Stockists & Wholesale page to find out if our goods are carried at a shop near you.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Our stationery is printed on 100% tree-free cotton paper stock. Our envelopes are sourced from Waste Not Paper, whom practices certified sustainable forestry. All paper scraps are recycled or reused for packaging, and whenever possible, we use local vendors.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Does your order qualify?

In order to qualify for a full refund, minus the shipping costs, your order must:

• Be unused and unopened
• Returned within 14 days of receipt
• Must NOT be purchased on final sale

2. Return your order

Please mail your order with an original packing slip, and a tracking number to:

In the event that we do not receive your shipment, please keep the tracking number and shipping information for reference.

3. Receive your credit

Once your shipment is received on a qualifying order, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account. If after ten business days you have yet to receive your refund, please feel free to contact us at hello@woodsyfoxman.com.
